At Sea Glass LLC we realize that no two people are the same and as such tailor therapy to meet the specific needs of our clients. Counseling is a collaborative process between the client and the therapist to help you work through life’s challenges. Sometimes this may be to learn ways to cope with an ongoing mental health challenge such as anxiety or depression. Other times this may be to address the aftermath that a traumatic event has had on your life. And sometimes counseling is a way to have support through a difficult circumstance such as a death, divorce, or other major life changes. Everyone needs help sometimes.
