Stephanie Schutte, LCSW (she/her)
I specialize in helping clients heal from trauma and address depression and anxiety disorders, including PTSD, panic disorder, social anxiety, and obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD).
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and I have been practicing clinically for 18 years. I bring a wealth of knowledge and experience and I am passionate about evidence-based therapies!
I have worked in the US and abroad in the UK where I completed extensive training to become an accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist.
I have worked with adults, adolescents, couples, and families in many different practice settings. I enjoy drawing from a range of modalities and interventions to find the best fit for each individual. I view each individual as the expert on their own experience and as the key to their own healing, and enjoy being a support person in that process.
I have extensive experience working with substance use and addiction, and am interested in supporting individuals to take control of their lives in order to move away from unhealthy patterns and toward more productive coping strategies. I also have a special interest in supporting individuals and groups who have been or are currently marginalized, including individuals who identify as LGBTQ+/queer.
